How the Plan Compares
Repairs are not part of the plan. If a visit turns up a problem, you get a written quote first and nothing is done without your approval. Labor and parts are billed at our normal rates.

A Small Plan on Purpose
Shawn handles every job himself. Fall winterizations and spring trip prep all land in the same few weeks, so the plan stops at 20 RVs. That way, priority scheduling means something. When a member's plan year ends, they get first chance to renew before the spot opens to the waiting list.

- We confirm a spot is open and send a QuickBooks invoice you can pay online
- Your 12 months start on the date you pay, and we book your winterization right away
- We reach out in spring to schedule your dewinterization and safety inspection

Common Questions
What does the Yearly RV Care Plan cost?
$400 for 12 months. It covers fall winterization, spring dewinterization, one safety inspection, priority scheduling, and a $150 service call rate for any other visit during your plan year.
Is travel included?
Travel within 20 miles of Townville, SC is included. Past that, the standard $4 per mile one way applies, measured from the edge of the 20 mile zone, not from our base.
Are repairs included?
No. The plan covers the listed services and the reduced service call rate. Repair labor and parts are quoted first and billed at normal rates. Nothing is done without your approval.
What if my RV has a special system?
Standard winterization covers the RV water system. Aqua-Hot and other hydronic heat, generators, and some tankless water heaters need a separate look. Tell us what you have when you sign up and we'll let you know up front.
When do my plan visits have to happen?
Your plan runs 12 months from the day you pay. Fall winterization must be done by December 15 and spring dewinterization by May 31. The safety inspection can happen any time during your plan year.
What if I sell my RV?
Your plan can move to your next RV or to the new owner for the rest of the plan year. Just tell us before the next service.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, a full refund within 14 days of paying, as long as no service has been done. After your first plan service, the plan is non-refundable.
Why is the plan limited to 20 members?
Shawn does every job himself. Capping the plan at 20 RVs means members actually get priority when the first freeze or a spring trip comes up.
