Why Inspect
Buy the RV You Think You're Buying
Private sales are as-is. A dealer's pre-delivery check is done by the people selling you the rig. Water damage hides behind wall panels and under roof sealant, and soft spots in a floor or roof deck are expensive to fix. A pre-purchase inspection finds these problems while you can still negotiate or walk away.
